Eva’s Book Blog
My name is Eva Johnson and I am in Mrs. Huizenga’s 2nd grade class. The book that I read was Diary of a Wimpy Kid The Last Straw by Jeff Kinney. It is a fiction book. I picked this book because I heard lots of other kids talk about it and the pictures inside looked cool. I thought it might be a funny book. My favorite part was when Fregley was on the sidewalk and said “Does this scab smell funny to you?” Fregley is really weird and funny. Another favorite part was when he spent a lot of money for games and x-ray goggles and they didn’t work. He was ripped off. This book also had a lesson in it about treating others the way you want to be treated and it was hard for Rodrick to learn. (4)
